The data controller for EsportSight is the EsportSight team. For privacy questions or requests, use the contact details in the Contact page.

• Account data — email address, display name and profile picture that you provide when you sign up.
• Usage data — pages you visit, features you use and interactions with picks, bankroll and schedule data.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Cookie and local-storage data — necessary session data, your cookie choice and optional analytics/marketing data when you consent.

We process your data where we have a legal basis under the GDPR: to perform our contract with you (account access), to comply with legal obligations, or where you have given consent (optional analytics and marketing cookies).

We use data to provide and secure the service, manage your subscription, personalise your experience, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

We use services such as Lovable Cloud (hosting/database), Stripe (payments) and OneSignal (push notifications). These providers act as processors and only process data for the purposes we define. Push notifications are only loaded after you consent to marketing cookies.

If you are in the EEA, UK or another region with similar laws, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. You can also withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie settings.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms. You can delete your account through the settings page or by contacting us.
