EsportSight is intended for users aged 18 or older. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.

EsportSight is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. or any other game publisher, league or tournament organiser. League and team names and logos are used for identification and editorial purposes only.

The content on EsportSight — including picks, analytics, odds, bankroll tools and research data — is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment or betting advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share access to paid features with other users.

Some features require an active subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription terms, renewal and cancellation are managed through your billing portal. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

We may update these terms or change features from time to time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud or violations of these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EsportSight is not liable for any losses you may incur from betting or trading decisions you make based on information found on the platform. Use the information at your own risk and gamble responsibly.
